Coventry College 16-18 recruitment campaign

The FE magazine was part of a larger 16-18 recruitment campaign we devised for Coventry College.

We worked with the marketing team to refine the learner’s journey from their first contact to their first day at college, identifying opportunities to engage, recruit and retain the target audience, then working out the most effective way of doing so.

The final deliverables took multiple forms: a direct mail postcard, posters, flyers, outdoor advertising and social content to promote upcoming open events. Pull up banners and large format graphics to style the open events and assist in terms of way finding. Printed collateral for college staff to give to prospective students during the open events, video presentations and animations to communicate key messages on the screens around the campus. Every element of the project was meticulously designed to work together as well as individually.
