This month saw the unveiling of an exciting project for ellodave: the launch of a new product range for our client Malvern Garden Buildings, in collaboration with the world famous Kew Gardens.
Malvern Garden Buildings are a supplier of luxury garden offices, summerhouses and garden rooms, with four showsites across the UK. They were approached by Kew Gardens to design a unique collection of buildings, exclusive to Kew, inspired by the architecture of the world-famous gardens.
The glass houses dotted about Kew Gardens are iconic, rich in heritage and history; the buildings in the Kew Collection celebrate this through carefully selected features, and the brand identity needed to reflect that owners can have a little bit of Kew in their own gardens.
This project involved EVERYTHING ellodave love – creating a new brand identity for the collection; writing editorial for a variety of publications; crafting illustrations of the buildings; designing various printed collateral, including a brochure to be handed out at RHS Chelsea Flower Show where the flagship building was making it’s debut, and point of sale signage installed at Malvern’s showsites and Kew Gardens.
And it didn’t stop there. The team also styled the interiors of the buildings – botanical being the key theme, of course! – and did a number of photography shoots on location. The project really did call upon the expertise of every member in the ellodave studio!
An amazing opportunity for us to work with our client alongside a true British institution.
